Responsibilities :  

• Direct security function, including physical security & safety of employees, facilities and assets
• Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives
• Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures
• Plan security for special and high-risk events
• Ensure efficiency and quality of security operations
• Develop budgets for security operations
• Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed
• Implement the work of company's quality environmental and occupational, health and safety.

Requirements: 

• 10 years or above relevant security experience, preferably in property management
• Computer literate, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good command of Written English &, Chinese and spoken English
