Key Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews, attending the follow-up appointments
- Preparing and issuing reports
- Follow-up of rehabilitation
- Co-ordinate treatments & medical examination
- Handle medical checkup arrangement with hospitals and laboratories liaison
Requirements
- Rehabilitation Coordinator
- Registered with HK Nursing Council with valid practicing certificate
- Regular work hours; 5-day week; Bank holidays; No night shift duty required
- On-site training will be provided
- Well-organized, energetic, responsible with good interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in using Microsoft Office application
