Job Description
工程科文(全職) (大圍)
- 工作時間：每週六天工作 09:00-18:00，輪休，放勞工假期
- 與另一技工長駐單一屋苑(純住宅，沒商場及車場)，負責日常維修保養工作及監管維修外判工程
- 持有效電工A牌及平安咭
- 5–10年電氣、弱電(低volt.)、冷氣、水喉、木工、泥水及油漆相關工作經驗，及熟識水泵運作維修等工作經驗優先 ;
- 具備良好人際關係及溝通技巧 ;
- 流利廣東話及能讀寫中文 ;
- 管理公司聘請，向駐苑經理負責
- 薪金：$22,000 - $25,000
