岗位职责：
1. 负责公司在香港发行的国有企业债权产品在香港的资金募集；
Responsible for the fund raising of state-owned enterprise debt products issued by the company in Hong Kong;

2. 依据公司募集工作战略定位，研究境内外金融市场投融资政策，制定并组织实施公司投融资工作计划；
Based on the strategic orientation of the company's fund raising work, study investment and financing policies of domestic and foreign financial markets, formulate and organize the implementation of the company's investment and financing work；

3. 负责制定融资工作方案，组织开展融资活动，完成融资任务；

4. 对接各类金融机构，拓展公司融资渠道；负责融资项目全流程中所需的相关文件、材料的制作与对接；

任职要求：
1. 拥有经济、金融或相关学科本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言；
Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance or related discipline, English can be used as working language；

2. 拥有3至5年香港资本市场融资经验，熟悉中资境外债发行募集；
3-5 years of experience in Hong Kong capital market financing, familiar with the issuance and raising of Chinese overseas bonds；

3. 具有较强的沟通能力及人际关系，具有融资项目撮合交易能力，具备独立工作和承担业务指标的能力，有一定的融资渠道和资源；
Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship, ability to match financing projects, ability to work independently and undertake business targets, and certain financing channels and resources;

4. 具有较高的工作积极性，注重细节，有较好的团队协作能力；
Have high work enthusiasm, attention to details, good teamwork ability；

5. 熟悉相关法规，具有较高的道德标准和职业道德。
