Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspect of support functions on settlement of Private Wealth Management business and custody services in relation to global securities and various fund products such as RQFII, QFII & QDII etc.
- Handling daily operation of cash management, trade settlement and corporate actions.
- Perform all aspect of Issuing and Paying Agency functions in connection with notes issuance, delivery and payment.
- Review relevant Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement and documentation
- Perform daily settlement functions for allotment, income distribution and redemption
- Perform data input and maintenance functions in various banking system
- Reconciliation and accounting entries processing
- Participate in system related projects and perform system user acceptance test
- Participate in MIS reporting and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in business or related disciplines
- Possess at least 5 years relevant experience in settlement operation
- Good knowledge in wealth management products
- Solid working experience in custodian service and operations of Issuing and Paying Agency is preferable
- Sound knowledge on operations of Securities & Equities Clearing System (CCASS，CMU, Clearstream/ Euroclear)
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
