Within our PMO team, we lead the following projects for our customers: website development, localization & maintenance, CRM and eCom web applications development, UX/UI design, chatbots.

Job Description:
We are deploying an ecommerce platform (Magento + PWA Adobe) for our customer across 7 countries in Asia. Scoping workshops are ongoing to define the exact extent of the project, that will last for the coming 12 months with development & UX outsourced to a partner. It will be led in an Agile way with building of the MVP first, country rollouts and then a customization phase. The Project Lead will count on the support of other project managers at local and global level to tackle the different workstreams (system integration, content management, CRM, UX…)
Job Duties:

We are looking for a senior project manager to take and assume a strong leadership on the project in terms of governance, project construction and risk management.
  • On-board an take over from current Project Lead
  • Building close relationships with client key stakeholders through different communication cadences and agile ceremonies
  • List and raise project risks along with mitigation plans
  • Ensuring completion of discovery phase with consolidation of information into a solid documentation
  • Coordination of efftorts to build the final scope of work on the project and the timeline with account teams
  • Kickoff and supervision of the development phase with supoort form team members and partners
  • Delivery of the master website and roll out of all 7 countries with the support of local PMs
Requirements:
  • You have 5+ years of experience of Digital/eCommerce project management
  • Solid project management skills
  • Experience building and structure project documentation and timeline (Sharepoint, Confluence, Smartsheet)
  • Strong leadership and capability to facilitate sessions with larger number of participates
  • Quick adaptation to an ever-moving situation with new stakeholders added along the way
  • Good understand of web development framework (agile delivery)
  • Ability to bring together key people across a wide span of backgrounds and location (APAC+Europe) and make them work in sync
  • Experience of Magento CMS and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus
