Job Description

 Job Responsibilities 
  • Handle customer enquiries on Institute's programme and service in a timely and professional manner
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the receiption desk and hotline
  • Provide administrative support within the Institute (such as enrollment and application form processing)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor and business needs
 Job Requirements 
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Services or Call Centre experience
  • Good listening, communication skill and telephone manner
  • Fast and accurate typing for CS data
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented, willing to learn, pleasant and mature, with high work integrity
  • Responsible, well organized, can prioritize and able to work independently
  • Good MS software skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Customer Service Officer position
