Job Description
As the Assistant Manager, Mutual Fund Direct Sales, you will support the team to achieve the team's mutual fund sales goals. You will also identify investment sales opportunities from existing client base as well as prospectus generated by marketing activities.
Other responsibilities include:
- Build effective and sustainable relationships with clients to grow and retain asset with our company
- Identify customer’s investment/retirement savings needs and perform constant monitoring of investment portfolio in order to provide appropriate advice on investment solutions and after-sales service to customers
- Ensure high level sales quality and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements
To succeed in this role, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential; strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed established goals.
Other key skills required for the role:
- University graduate
- Min 3 years of sales experience in financial services
- Knowledgeable in investment products with mutual fund sales experience will be an advantage
- SFC Type 1 & 4 licensed holder
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
