Being part of the Mutual Fund Direct Sales team, the Sales Service Officer will support the team to achieve sales goals. You will proactively approach existing members with potential for new business opportunity on mutual fund products.

Other responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate records and adherence to compliance and quality standards.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the team, e.g. prepare correspondence documents, reports, schedule client meetings.
• Handle enquiries relating to mutual fund product or other special programs.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects to achieve desired results of business needs

To succeed in this role, you will need real passion in sales and client service and have the ability to communicate and interact with different people.

Other key skills required for the role:

• University graduate or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Passed HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7, 8 is an advantage
• Being proactive, resilient and resourceful
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy customer driven environment
