Responsibilies:
The individual in this role will perform following functions:

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality service and final product to customers and related working parties
• Handle daily enquiries and job-related tasks, meeting with clients for pitching and operations; maintaining good communication with the Sales Team
• Follow up customers' enquiries, service requests, coordinating internal and external parties and proofreading the typeset material for accuracy, completeness and consistency
• Resolve clients’ complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal clients are meeting the expectations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Experience in customer service or related sector with IT/digital/event- knowledge preferred, but not essential
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and detail-minded
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and result-oriented
• Willing to work on shift (Morning/Mid Shift, rotate every 3 months) with shift allowances offered to Mid Shift (14:00 - 23:00)
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
