Responsibilities:

• 負責統籌衛星製造中心廠房管理、設備管理、人員管理;
• 負責策劃提升衛星批量製造可靠性，拓展衛星產能，優化製造流程；
• 負責審查工藝方案策劃、工藝裝備配套方案策劃、AIT工藝流程制定、新技術/新材料攻關與驗證、工藝鑒定、設計工藝性審查；
• 負責與總設計師協調，進行工藝性把關；
• 負責審查型號AIT過程總體工藝策劃；
• 負責審查型號機電熱產品和過程工藝設計；
• 負責審查型號總裝過程工藝攻關、工藝改進以及新工藝、新技術的試驗研究、研製保障論證工作，審查AIT過程工藝攻關等工作；
• 負責審查各階段工藝總結、新技術攻關/新材料攻關/工藝鑒定相關開展方案及總結、運輸方案等技術文檔。
•  Responsible for the coordinating the center management, equipment management and personnel management of the satellite manufacturing center;
•  Responsible for improving satellite batch manufacturing c reliability, expanding satellite production capacity, and optimizing manufacturing processes;
•  Responsible for reviewing process program planning, process equipment program planning, AIT process formulation, new technology/new material breakthrough and verification, process appraisal, and design process review;
•  Responsible for coordinating with the chief designer and review of process documentation;
•  Responsible for reviewing the overall process planning of the model AIT process;
•  Responsible for reviewing electromechanical thermal product models and process design;
•  Responsible for reviewing the technical breakthrough, process improvement in the final assembly process of the model, conducting experimental research of new processes and new technologies, research and development support evaluation work, and reviewing the AIT process technology research and other tasks;
•  Responsible for reviewing technical documents related development plans and summaries, and transportation plans, such as process summary at each stage, new technology breakthrough/new material breakthrough/technical appraisal.

Requirements:  

• 碩士研究生以上飛行器製造、機械電子工程、機械製造相關學歷及具備三顆商業衛星研製經驗、十年以上航天產品設計與製造工作經驗，以及五年以上的衛星AIT廠房管理經驗;
• 流利粵語、普通話、英語，和良好的中英文寫作；
•  掌握材料力學、理論力學、材料學、基礎物理等相關學科的基礎理論知識；
•  熟悉CAD、Pro/E（或CATIA、UG等）圖形設計軟件；
•  具有較強的組織、溝通和協調能力，具備應急處理能力；
•  熟悉衛星製造、測試與試驗過程，掌握結構、電氣、熱控工藝知識。
• Master Degree in Aircraft Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, with experience in the development of three commercial satellites, more than ten years of experience in aerospace product design and manufacturing，and More than five years of experience in satellite AIT plant management;
•  Fluent speaking and excellent writing in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must;
•  Overall theoretical knowledge of materials mechanics, theoretical mechanics, materials science, physics and other related disciplines;
•  Familiar with CAD, Pro/E (or CATIA, UG, etc.) graphic design software(s);
•  Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills, able to handle emergencies;
•   Familiar with satellite manufacturing, testing and trial process, with solid knowledge of structural, electrical and thermal control technology
