Responsibilities:

• 負責投資者關係管理，接受機構投資者調查，並通過現場調研、諮詢電話、互動平臺等方式組織對投資者提出的各種問題進行回復；
• 負責編制和提交監管機構要求的檔，組織完成監管機構交辦的任務，與相關監管機構進行日常溝通；
• 配合公司資訊披露和新聞發佈；
• 代表公司出席行業內重要的投資者會議並準備相關文件和報告。

• Responsible for investor relationship management, receive institutional investor surveys, and organize responses to various questions raised by investors through on-site surveys, consultation calls and interactive platforms;
• Responsible for preparing and submitting documents required by regulatory agencies, organizing and completing tasks assigned by regulatory agencies, and conducting daily communication with relevant regulatory agencies;
• Cooperate with company information disclosure and press release;
• Represent the company to attend important investor meetings in the industry and prepare relevant documents and reports.

Requirements:

• 碩士研究生以上會計、金融或相關學科等相關專業學歷及5年在香港上市公司IR工作經驗;
• 流利粵語、普通話、英語，和良好的中英文寫作；
• 流利的英語和普通話口語表達和書寫能力；
• 良好的溝通和人際交往能力，能適應快節奏的工作環境；
• 具有同時處理多項任務和按時完成任務的能力；
• 獨立、主動、吃苦耐勞、責任心強

• Master Degree Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with at least 5 years of solid IR experience from HK Listed companies;
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must;
• Strong command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines;
• Independent, self-initiative, hard-working with a strong sense of responsibility.
