Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, arrange, and monitor the transportation and movement of raw and packaging materials, equipment from Hong Kong, China and other countries into our factory in Nam Dinh City, Vietnam.  Including but not limited to, provide necessary shipping documents to our Vietnam factory for importing and doing customs declarations for the above-mentioned stuffs. 
• Co-ordinate day-to-day logistics activities required for the transportation of products, via Sea freight / Air freight, Ground, international and or domestic.
• Research and procure transportation tenders and quotations, report findings
• Monitor shipment movements, strong follow up required.
• Strong negotiating skills – Negotiating with carriers for best rates and services.
• Ability to be updated on Vietnamese government regulations so as to alert the company top management timely
• Translate documents from Vietnamese to Chinese & English, and vice versa.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi tasks including Vietnam visa application and air ticket booking.
• Follow up on payment invoices
• Experience in International Trading and Sales areas. (Manufacturing Industry experiences a definite asset)

Requirements:

• College Diploma required Ideal Economics and or International Trade.
• 3 to 5 years sound experiences in related field - Manufacturing Experience, International Trade and or Trade/Import Export Business. 
• Knowledge of customs declarations of stuffs into Vietnam for production
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet demanding deadlines
• Good research ability
• Strong computer skills
• Accounting skills is bonus
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua and Vietnamese is mandatory
• Travel to China & Vietnam when necessary
• Able to work independently is a must.
• Working location : Wong Chuk Hang,5 minutes’ walk from MTR station
• Working days: Monday-Friday, and Saturday half-day and alternately off.
