Job duties

• Issue shipping documents
• Providing clerical support for the Export and Import Departments
• Regular preparation of shipping documents including Bill of Ladings
• Follow up customer’s inquiry
• Provide clerical supports ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• HKCEE F. 5 / DSE graduated or above
• 1-year working experience preferred
• Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage 
• Good English typing skills (good Chinese typing skills would be an asset)
• Independent, detail-minded, hardworking, responsible and self-motivated
• Immediate available is highly preferred
