Job Description

  • Provides excellent customer service to our customers via multiple communication channels like WeChat, e-mail and telephone.
  • Act as a main coordinator on daily operations between our customers and internal departments.
  • Handles customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction for customers.
  • To provide service and product training to customers when required.
  • Perform other customer services duties when necessary.
 Job Requirements
  • HKDSE or above.
  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience, preferably gained in e-commerce or logistics industry.
  • Customer focused with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage. 
  • Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
