- Handle daily leasing enquirer and all tenancy matters
- Maintain and build good relationship with tenants, property agents and developers
- Maintain and update the daily sales/leasing enquirers records
- Provide support on data entry and other clerical duties as assigned
- Sales and product training will be provided on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Immediately Available is Highly Preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a MUST
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
- Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer.
