A US NYSE listed conglomerarte company in life sciences holds premier poisiton within the life sciences industry. With a brand that is recognized worldwide and strong presence globally. They are now looking for an experienced sales management talent to join their well-established team as sales coordinator officer to maintain their market leading status.

Your new role

• The objective of the Sales Coordinator Officer is to process customers' orders, arrange shipment to customers, provide and maintain a quality Customer Service and the best Company Image and conform to Company's policies and procedures as well as Government's rules and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Education - High School or above
• At least 2 years customer service, shipping experience and international trade experience
• Experiences in Oracle will be advantage
• Excellent excel and access skill, knowledge of international trade and preparation of banking documents. Good command in English and Chinese
• Possess good communication skills and demonstrate the ability to take initiative in terms of liaising with sales and technical staff in the States, PRC, SEA and Hong Kong to keep them up-to-date with customer needs
