Our Client is an international leading consumer lifestyle brand with wide range of product portfolio. They are the market leader with leading market share in the market and stable sales growth each year. Due to the steady sales growth in recent years, they are now looking for a Sales Director to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Work as a head of division to manage the entire sales & marketing team with full P&L ownership
• Be in charge of the new concept store development and expansion projects 
• Manage the P&L different distribution channels (Retail, Wholesales, and E-commerce) in the regions
• Define commercial strategy for each market in line with budget targets to reach requested sales and profitability levels

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Over 10 years experience in consumer industry on Sales Management
• Candidate with experience in managing direct retail and wholesales channel is a plus 
• Open candidate from retail, consumer lifestyle, beauty, consumer electronic background too
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
