• Prepare business performance reporting and retail sales analysis to monitor sales performance and data-driven suggestions to achieve related KPIs
• Closely communicate with Cast Member team frequently, put together sales performance and customer service experience
• Work together with the Cast Member team and internal departments to enhance customer’s experience and achieve overall business objectives
• Encourage innovative solutions and create team commitment
• Ensure store maintenance is up to standard and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors. (e.g. setting up POS promotion/supplies)
• Work with internal teams to execute in-store displays, special events, and marketing collateral
• Conduct regular store visit to ensure continuous improvement

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• You have 1 year retail experience and interested in exploring retail operations, fresh graduate are also welcomed
• You are a beauty lover, who is passionate in building a career in the beauty industry
• You are a proactive learner and a multitasker
• You are equipped with strong communication skills
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
• You are highly flexible
• You are a strong team player with a good sense of responsibility
• You are well-organized and have a strong attention to details
• You are equipped with good command of spoken and written English
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office applications (eg. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
