Job Description
Le Quinze Vins (LQV) is a family business specialising in the French Food Industry (Wine, Cheese, Meat, Bakery, Pastry and Groceries). Its know-how is to select directly from French producers high quality products, in order to offer them to a demanding clientele of connoisseurs. The history of each product, their origins, their manufacture are part of the experience that our customers love to share in our points of sale.
Le Quinze Vins is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Ideal candidates have a passion for technology, marketing - communication and project management. He or She is also passionate by French Gastronomy or have already a professional experience in a F&B Company.
Responsibilities in Marketing :
· Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, ecommerce marketing, social media campaigns etc.
· Create and organize events in our establishments.
· Copywriting for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages.
· Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.
· Daily Social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback
· Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touch-points.
· Elaborate newsletters and promotions for B2C & B2B
· Day-to-day management of ecommerce website.
Responsibilities in Sales:
· Benchmark on the competitive trends
· Create and manage orders for B2B & B2C clienteles as needed (prepare and follow up until reception of the order)
· Manage a portfolio of trade & private clients and regularly manage customer data
· Follow up daily purchasing through the auctions market days
· Manage and monthly update trade catalogues (food & wine)
· Occasionally participate in & elaborate events or trade fairs
· Elaborate clients invoicing and follow up on payments.
· Assist the General Manager to increase the turnover of the B2C and market penetration rate
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Holder
At least 2 years of working experience in administrative, sales or marketing field
To be at ease with Excel & Photoshop is a must
Experience with Illustrator, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Website management is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and writing communication in English
