Our Client:

We are looking for a junior Leasing Officer for a Hong Kong based family office with a commercial & shopping mall portfolio across Hong Kong for leasing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy issues including renewal tenancies, perform leasing and undertake leasing negotiation
• Handle leasing administration, including preparing reports, offer letters, tenancy agreements, license agreements and related documents
• Build relationships with existing and potential tenants, estate agents, and contractors
• Handle leasing enquiries and complaints
• Liaise with real estate agents, conduct and organize leasing initiatives including open day and other initiatives to boost leasing activity

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;
• Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance
• Highly motivated, proactive, hardworking and positive;
• Sensitive to figures with good analytical skills;
• Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Good command of MS office applications
