Our client is an international leading fashion brand with high level of loyal customers. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for Assistant Boutique Manager who are eager to learn to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage store’s daily operation.
- Motivate the front line staff to maintain the team’s stability, morale and
- Provide training and monitor retail sales to make sure the customer service quality.
- Be responsible for manpower allocation and staff’s work schedule management.
- You will be given continuous staff training, in order to prepare company’s further expansion.
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 3 years retail supervision experience in luxury/ fashion retailer
- Welcome candidate with experience from luxury womenswear, shoes, or accessory background.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese
