Our client is a one of the largest Food & Beverage well-known group in Hong Kong. For the business needs, they are inviting an experienced & creative talent to join as Research and Development Manager to lead the new product development project.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop the standard operation procedure in Research and Development department.
• Work closely with different departments for new product development and launch
• Manage the entire new development cycle from prototype and production trial to product launch
• Communicate closely with operation kitchen team for new product trial and procedure review.
• Prepare the product receipt, calculate the cost and conduct risk analysis
• Conduct market research to understand the market trend for new product development and existing product improvement
• Lead product improvement or other adhoc projects

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years working experience in large scale production.
• Work experience in large scale chain group is a plus
• Strong business sense on product positioning
• Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
