• Responsible for the optimization of process flow, operation plan, resource input, on-site management, quality improvement, and implementation of cost control
• Standardization of operations process (Promotion of operation mode, an inspection of Distribution Hub and preparation of sites certificate)
• Monitoring and managing the construction process of Distribution Hub, the preparation of operations flow design, and operations switching support
• Outsourcing management of Distribution Hub (Unit price calculation, tendering support, supplier evaluation, outsourcing input support, such operation survey for supplier)
• Responsible for supervising and promoting the implementation and application of logistics tools and equipment

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics/ Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / related majors
• Priority given to candidates with 1 year of relevant industry work experience
• Solid knowledge in basic machinery and logistics operation equipment
• Familiar with operation management requirements, standardized operations, and able to implement various system processes according to the needs of various functional departments
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; proficient in computer and related office software applications
• Basic understanding on Industrial Engineering
• Innovative, attention to detail, strong commitment at work and able to work under pressure
• Good in spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Immediate candidate is preferable
