Job Description

- Hong Kong office : sales & trading office
- Main market : Hong Kong and Asia Pacific
- Factories : China and global
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Customer Service team of 4 members
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up
- Prepare quotations and sales invoices
- Perform order processing for assigned customers
- Prepare purchase orders to the manufacturing plants and local vendors
- Follow up sales/purchase orders with customers/vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate with forwarders for shipment arrangement
- Over 3 years in customer service or sales administrative role in trading or manufacturing companies, or equivalent
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Word & Excel
- Experience in electronic components or industrial parts is a plus
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
