Job Description
Responsibilities:·
- Supervise and guide the team for their daily routine work
Communicate with all departments within group including Vietnam/China offices on daily basis
Liaising with all agents/factories about shipping document issues
Communicate with Forwarder/Carriers about shipment booking & shipment information issue
- Follow up with EDI service provider about system set up or technical issue
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as requested Requirement
Form 5 or above
With knowledge of EDI/Blue Cherry/CPSIA System
Over 15 years supervisory/managerial level
Well experience and knowledge in shipping & documentation work-flow
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
Good team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS office
