Responsibilities:

• To monitor SHEQ performance of factories and projects.
• Conduct periodical safety training for staff and workers.
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend corrective and preventive actions for malpractices identified.
• To coordinate, plan, implement and report the SHEQ inspection/audit activities of the factories and operations sites on a regular basis.
• Prepare risk assessment report with the operation teams and advise feasible preventive measures.
• Handle incident investigation with feasible recommendations and prepare statistics report for continual improvement.
• To prepare and review the SHEQ Management System Documentation including the Manual, Procedures, Plans, Work Instructions, etc.
• To lead the operation teams to achieve periodical certification e.g. ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO 9001 and etc.

 Requirements:

• Degree in environmental, science, engineering, OSH or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience of SHEQ, preferable in environmental industry
• Registered as Safety Officer with Labour Department is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
• Willing to drive changes and make prompt and practical improvement plans.
• Proficient in Chinese and English and report writing skills
• Self-motivated and well organized with good interpersonal skills
