• 培訓、監督及評核屬下員工，確保其工作表現達標
• 領導團隊進行事件管理和衝突解決
• 制定保安指引及程序
• 處理客戶查詢及投訴
• 撰寫事件報告書向公司匯報

• 中五程度或以上
• 十年或以上保安主管經驗
• 懂讀寫中文及文書處理
• 持有效QASRS培訓證書及保安人員許可證
