Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the hospital catering services for patients and staff in the aspects of food production, food delivery and kitchen staff supervision
- To monitor the menu planning, inventory control, cost control and manpower arrangement
- To ensure the safety and hygiene standard of food production and the workplace environment and maintain standard quality of food services
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management or related disciplines
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory level
- Experience in staff canteen or mass production kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food science, food sanitation and safety management
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff in busy working environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
