Our client, an all day superfood restaurant bringing a fresh new vibe to healthy eating, is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their HK team.

Your responsibilities include but not limit to:

• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner (both front and end of the restaurant operations)
• Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Provide customer services, including enquiries and complaint handling
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness within the restaurant
• Supervise and train staff to motivate team spirit and reach company standard
• Plan and recruit full-time or part-time staff to fulfill operational needs
• Monitor team’s discipline and conduct
• Monitor and schedule roster for the team
• Monitor the operational inventory, control costs and cut waste
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors as needed 
• Provide admin support and various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Recommend and coordinate branding and marketing initiatives to expand audience reach and business

• A team-builder with minimum 5 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations
• Good command in spoken & written English  and Cantonese, with Mandarin (asset)

• Strong in leadership & problem-solving skill
• Good in decision-making, flexibility, and analytical skills
• Innovative with a marketing sense of Food and Beverage market trends
• Good memory with extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to customers and staff
