1. Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing.
2. Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim/ final accounts.
3. Conduct cost analysis budgeting control , measurement, and collation of records at our construction sites.
4. tender preparing
5. (Kitchen) Equipment cost analysis.
Job Requirements
1.Quantity surveying or related disciplines.
2. Preferably with MRICS or HKICS Professional qualification.
3. Have minimum 5 years relevant experience.
4. F&B project experience is preferred.
