Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and financing
• Handle data input, full set of accounts, and full set of Bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices issuance and payments
• Update and maintain daily cash-flow
• Assist in month end closing and year end closing.
• Prepare management reports on a monthly basis
• Communicate with CPA firm for all task
• Handle company secretarial task including AR and Tax filling etc
• Prepare regular statistical analysis reports
• Provide general administrative support to the office
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in accounting or above or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Good command of spoken English
• Strong in using MS Office
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work and attention to details
• Positive working attitude, independent, efficient, punctual and well organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
