Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
• 3-5 years relevant working experience in customer care support
• Experience in hotels, luxurious retail or VIP lounge will also be considered
• Customer-focused, energetic, flexible with good communication skills
• Initiative, detail-minded, team player and strong sense of responsibilities
• Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Computer knowledge in using MS Office including Word and Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily smooth operation by providing quality service
• Handle customers’ enquiries & requests regarding to products information
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and escalations
• Maintain close customer relationship and updating customers’ database
• Provide support on organizing company events and promotion functions
