• Supervision of the Dietetic Assistant daily operation which including  oversee the set-up meal trays for patients, take meal orders, and order nutrition supplements; prepare tube feeds and other special items
• Food & Beverage experience is a must
• Degree in Nutrition is preferred
• 3 years related working experience
• To be able to communicate in English and Chinese
• Knowledgeable in Windows, Excel and Powerpoint
