Job Description

You will be responsible for:
  • managing a frontline operation team and acting as Duty Manager during day-to-day operation, including emergency handling;
  • delivering guest experience of the highest standard and handling venue operations with frontline team members;
  • communicating and managing relationships with hirers to support their shows and events logistics planning and execution;
  • coordinating with Artistic, Technical and Productions and other teams of Performing Arts Division as well as across other departments for venue operation logistics, event planning and execution;
  • assisting in the development and implementation of customer experience strategy;
  • assisting in the preparation of operation procedures and guidelines;
  • managing and ensuring staff efficiency of frontline operation team including the casual labor pool; and
  • handling projects and tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
You should:
  • possess a recognized university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Performing Arts or equivalent;
  • have 5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory position;
  • have good knowledge of front-of-house operation;
  • possess a customer service mentality;
  • be required to work in both outdoor and indoor environment and on shift according to the duty roster assigned including weekends and public holidays; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
