Job Description

•          Provide support, maintenance and troubleshooting service for user computers & company network
•          Provide support to daily operations
•          Monitor, administer and backup of File Servers, Web Servers, Mail Servers, SharePoint, Lync, Firewalls and other network appliances
•          Inventory control of computer hardware and software
•          Handle System Documentation
•          Responsible for project proposal and implementation
•          Provide support Regional Offices & Branches

Requirement

•          University graduate in Computer Science / Information System
•          Minimum 4-year experience in system support, computer system evaluation, installation,  operation administration and support is a must
•          Familiar in MS Window servers, MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Lync, SCCM, Active Directory integrated DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP and WINS operation
•          In-depth knowledge of disk management with SAN, NAS and local storage with an emphasis on disk layout and performance
•          Technical experiences in administration SMTP, Proxy, Backup/Restore
•          Familiar with TCP/IP, networking and cabling
•          Hands on helpdesk and end-user support
•          Good troubleshooting skills of hardware & software
•          Self-motivated, positive, able to work under pressure & independently
•          Willing to work overtime
•          Occasional travel to PRC/overseas is required
•          Related disciplines and holder of CCNP and MCSE is an advantage
