Job Description
- Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- With 5-8 years’ working experience in user support and system maintenance, preferably in hospitality industry
- Experience in technical and end-user support of Hotel System and Point-of-Sales System will be an advantage
- Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Window7/8/10 and Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2016
- Sound knowledge in networking and server management e.g. TCP/IP, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and Exchange 2003/2008/2012
- Knowledge in database management e.g. Oracle 8i/9i/10g or SQL Server 2008/2012/2016
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Information Technology Officer
