Job Description
Responsibility
- Lead the development of E-commerce, E-form and Workflow Systems
- Manage projects end-to-end from analyzing problems, detailing requirements, establishing specifications, to coordinating with internal users and external vendors
- Implement system full-stack from feasibility study, prototyping, design, development, testing, implementation, to support, maintenance and enhancement
- Develop documentation on requirement, technical specification and user manual
- Evaluate and recommend new technology and solution
- Measure and improve architectural and functional performance
- Take up and prioritize ad-hoc duties and new initiatives
Requirement
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 8 years working experience in IT development and project management
- Hands-on experience in full stack web & mobile application development
- Strong knowledge and experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Good knowledge in Cloud, Web, Mobile, Digital Platform solution & technology
- Good communication skills, able to work with different users and under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Good team player, self-initiative and pro-active
