Responsibilities:

• Responsible for software and hardware installation, setup, configuration and upgrade
• Provide day-to-day system administration and technical support services to Head Office and all Centres
• Installation, setup and monitor of CCTV system
• Perform basic server & network administration
• Maintain IT documentation reflecting changes and enhancement       
• Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Support
• Hands-on knowledge on system administration in MS Windows Server, Linux, VMware, NAS and Firewall
• Proactive, self-motivate individual and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill, independent, problem solving skills and team player
• Immediate available is preferable
