In-house position | Opportunity to learn | IT Technician

Your new company
You will be working with a locally renowned retailer of automotive pioneer worldwide. The company provides an innovative and supportive work environment where carer progression and development are actively encouraged. Due to organizational growth, they are looking for an IT technician role to join their company.

Your new role

• Provide IT support and conduct troubleshooting in software, hardware, networking, and connection related issues.
• Install and maintain computer peripherals and operating systems
• Advise on software and hardware upgrades
• Perform routine tasks in infrastructure (e.g. hardware stocktakes)
• Occasional travelling to sites in Hung Hom and Kowloon Bay
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• Fresh Grads are welcome
• At least 1 year of experience in end user or desktop support will be a plus
• Knowledge in networking (Firewall/ Wireless LAN/ Switch), MS Windows, Office 365
