Our client is a leading service provider which providing solutions to a Labour Service, they are looking for an IT Officer/Network Engineer to join their team.

Your new role

• Provide daily helpdesk support and network support
• Analyze customer requirements for deploying to achieve solution requirements
• Work with vendor on technical issues
• Support IT products like Active Directory, SCCM Juniper Firewall/Fortigate Firewall and VM ware, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years of experience on IT Helpdesk or Network Support
• Certificate holder of CCNP or MCSE will be a plus
• Experience in administration and operation level of network R&S, firewall, VPN, proxy server, Windows server, etc.
