• Develop and manage IT solution of corporate systems to meet the business needs of the customers
• Analyze user requirements, research, design and write new software program and identify areas of improvement of current program
• Manage the relationships and collect feedback from internal and external customer on the current system and suggest solution including creation of technical specifications and test plans to enhance the user experience
• Align and work closely with team members, vendors, and other departments to deliver result meeting customer expectation
• Supervise the team to ensure service delivery on time and within budget and to enhance operation efficiency
• Write and maintain systems and operational documentation to control the scheduling of jobs and access and eliminating of defects
• Investigate new technologies and keep abreast of latest technical knowledge and skills in market

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience with 1 year in managerial level
• Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle is a must
• Strong project management, excellent communication skills, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior IT Business Analyst

You will have advantage if you have:

• Experience in Supply Chain Logistics
• Knowledge in LogiReport, Tableau, webservice API EDI integration
• Professional Certificate of PMP or Prince 2
• Experience using RUP methodology
