Our client, a Japanese financial service provider, is seeking for a high-calibre IT professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Take care daily operations, administration and maintenance of network devices, servers, storage, databases, desktops / laptops and peripherals
• Provide technical support and advice to various IT operations and application team and relevant business units
• Manage system/ security projects including vendor/ product evaluation, procurement, and implementation
• Establish IT policies, guidelines and procedures for system management, system administration and operations, system security
• Undertake IT process review and re-engineering, service and system quality assurance, information security evaluation and IT risk assessment
• Install system patches and rollout new system

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 8 years or above IT infrastructure experience, from designing framework and architecture, performing security risk assessments to IT manual creation/review
• Experience in mission critical internet infrastructure, AWS cloud platform
• Hands-on experience in Cisco/FortiGate firewall and switch
• Certification in IT areas e.g. ITIL, CCNA, Cloud certification will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well organized and good team player
• Ability to work independently and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
