• Perform 50% hands-on, 50% people-facing and team/people management
• Work with business users on the product development including feasibility study, user interface, business requirement analysis, technical requirement specifications, scheduling and testing
• Understand business users' objectives, processes, products and services in order to provide professional recommendations
• Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements, translating requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions
• Manage a small development team and enforce software engineering best practices within the team
• Be flexible and responsive to the users' and products changing needs
• Proactively work to set expectations and manage scope changes
• Proactively identify/resolve issues and provide alternate solutions while balancing the project requirements, time and/or resources
• Provide team with technical direction, coaching and mentoring
• Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance system reliability, performance and security
• Collaborate with appropriate cross-departmental staff to drive and complete complex projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Track record in Ecommerce Digital field for 5-10+ years
• Good knowledge in Ecommerce IT operations including infrastructure/application design that involves features such as marketing, merchandising, logistics, finance and customer service
• Experienced with Magento or other similar large-scale e-Commerce platforms
• Possess excellent communication skills in Chinese and English 
• For candidates with less years of experience will also be considered for a corresponding position.
