What Is This Job 

• Work closely with multiple teams to review and evaluate operational processes, identify operational risks and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Manage various projects by following up with different teams on implementation, work status, and by performing record maintenance.
• Understand and execute with multiple teams: 
  • Understand the business needs from a user’s perspective;
  • Define system requirement, application workflow and enhancement scope;
  • Perform user research, data consolidation, flowchart preparation and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Monitor the project progress, coordinate deployment schedule and provide post-implementation support.
• Prepare and document the workflow and guidelines for various teams and use as training material.
• Perform internal process audit and prepare reports for the audit committee.

What We Need

• Tertiary education or above in Business Management, Industrial Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience in business processes audit, application system implementation and testing.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with high energy, analytical skill, flexibility and can-do attitude.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Project Coordinator position.
