Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform system and network administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Perform IT asset management, monitor and maintain servers, desktops, network devices, peripherals, and other equipment
- Perform testing and release management of business applications, such as mobile app deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Provide technical support to internal users on desktop and business applications
- Liaise with external vendor and handle the invoice and payment related procedures
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Fresh graduate will also be welcomed
- Experience in technical support for desk side and server side is an advantage
- Experience in virtualisation and cloud technologies is an advantage
- Knowledge in server and network is an advantage
- A self-starter with deep learning curve
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
