Job Responsibilities:

•          Daily office support for all IT related issues, such as desktops, notebooks, printers, servers, network
•          Monitor company network, Operation system and email system, door lock system, surveillance system…etc
•          Hardware and software installation, support and maintenance
•          Operate and maintain an existing ticketing system
•          Onsite support for branch office
•          Shift Duty

Job Requirements:

•          F.5 graduated or Diploma in Computer Studies or above
•          Solid support experience in all Windows Clients/Server
•          Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & interpersonal skill
•          Team player, able to work under pressure and overtime
