Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation and setup, email setup and support for computer and mobile device, basic printer setup and support.
  
  

• Provide networking support, video conference equipment health check and set up, basic telephone system support and assist computer related procurement.
     
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications in a timely manner. Escalate issues and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
     
• Perform daily preventive checking.
     
• Receive and log IT service requests and incidents into ERP system, case monitoring to ensure supporting team close out the cases.
     
• Participate in developing cloud Chinese Medicine diagnostic applications, company's web-site and mobile apps.
     
• Assist in IT related ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Microsoft certified qualifications are an advantage       
• 1-3 years working experience is preferable, fresh graduate will also be considered, on job training will be provided
• Good knowledge of Windows desktop / Server
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP networking and firewall
• Self-motivated, well-organized with ability to multitask and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese
