Job Description
Summary
Immediate vacancy for a seasoned IT support engineer to cope with our rapid system and online development.
Responsibilities:
- Set up system and WLAN networks of local office, multiple outlets and online environment
- Deploy, implement, administer, support and maintain various IT applications
- Provide on-site technical support to multiple locations including PC installations and configurations
- Prepare user guidelines for system operations and maintenance
- Liaise with and manage various outsourced applications vendors
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding online operations
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned
- Strong communication skills
- Responsible and flexible
- Able to work independently
- Customer oriented
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- 2-4 years’ hands-on working experience
- Proficient in system infrastructure development and maintenance
- Sound knowledge in MS Office, SQL server, web services API, website development, mobile app applications and cybersecurity
- Exposure to Point of Sales system an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours
- 13 months’ salary, medical insurance
