Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing first line application production support to ensure smooth business operations, outside working hours if required.
• Monitor, follow-up and investigate IT application related incidents, conduct root cause analysis and coordinate with 2nd tier support or vendor for troubleshooting
• Provide administration, documentation, and training to users
• Support in QA, UAT and execute system deployments
• Gather and analyze system requirements from business users
• Assist in other IT assignments when required

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related discipline and equivalents
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in first line application support
• Experience in dealing with end users and system vendors, problems solving and troubleshooting production issues for the systems.
• Hand-on experience in Salesforce, WordPress is an advantage
• Knowledge in Cloud Platform and Technology such as AWS, Azure is an advantage
• Exposure to other technical skills and application infrastructure e.g. SQL query, Windows schedule, VM Ware, application backup, application monitoring and reporting is preferable.
• Experience in using issue tracking systems is added advantage.
